I was very impressed with the communication with the company and the prompt delivery in this item .

The brush is very useful and both sides clearly differ in strength of bristle softness. The handle enables a firm, full grip. and the length of the brush head means fewer strokes and easier brushing. However, I would have preferred the longer bristles to have been slightly more soft so that I could use that side for woollens and similar fabrics with more confidence that I was not damaging the garment than I do with the brush I bought. I have a curved brush for a felt hat and the bristles are longer and much softer. Personally, I would have preferred a strength between the softness of both brushes. I know Kent make a brush for woollens and delicate fabrics but having just one brush that I could use with a wider range of garments would be more convenient than having to turn to two or more brushes.

This is an excellent brush, well made as I have come to expect from Kent. The two sides mean that I can choose the degree of stiffness of bristles needed to remove whatever it is, minimising the impact on my clothing.
