International orders may be subject to customs or import duties, additional tariffs and local handling or clearance charges upon reaching their destination. These charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities, postal operators or carriers and, unless stated otherwise, are payable by the customer.
We strongly recommend familiarising yourself with your country’s customs policies and tax regulations to avoid unexpected charges or delays.
EU ORDERS – VAT & CUSTOMS DUTY
For eligible EU orders up to €150, VAT is collected at checkout at the applicable rate for your delivery country through the EU IOSS scheme. You should not normally be charged VAT again on delivery.
From 1 July 2026, EU customs may also apply a €3 customs duty to low-value goods imported from outside the EU. This charge is separate from VAT and is not included in your order total. Any applicable customs duty and local handling or clearance fees are payable by the recipient.
The €3 duty may apply per customs tariff category within a parcel, so some orders may incur more than one €3 charge.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* Not including Sunday deliveries. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. Major holidays and promotions may also affect shipping times.
Some overseas destinations may also have longer delivery times.
All orders are usually dispatched on the same working day if the order is placed before 8 am. After this time, your order will be dispatched the following day. This excludes weekends and all Public UK Holidays. If the order is placed after 8 am Friday, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse on the following Monday.
