Provides a rough enough surface for a overall great clean feeling without being too harsh or abrasive. Helped with roughness on upper arms from shirts rubbing. Overall a great exfoliator.

I lost my initial first one on a trip in Colombia.
Than I have lived for a year without one and it was a tough year. Everytime I went in the shower I reminisced about the time I could wash and scrub myself with this brush.
I truly made a pledge to myself that wherever I go, I will never leave without this brush. After a good scrub and you exit the shower/bath. Your skin and body has a nice tingling feeling due to the blood circulating advantages that this brush has! Love it!
