I promised myself this brush to mark the end of my chemo treatment. It's a sturdy beautifully made brush that should last years and years, the quality is evident. My hair feels like it is getting a thorough brushing and somehow feels like less damage is being done than by using a plastic modern brush, despite the bristle being pretty densely packed. I've only had it a week or so, but so far so good. It is also a handsome looking thing to sit on the dressing table!
