I would have appreciated receiving more information - it's very soft and creates a lot of static electricity which I hadn't expected. I probably should have gotten a stiffer bristled brush, but I chose based on the description.

I bought three of these brushes for my daughters.
My mum bought me a Kent brush over 30 years ago and sent it to Australia. I still use it today and it is in great shape.
That is why I chose Kent again. These brushes are beautifully made and feel like the same quality that lasts a lifetime.
It is nice to buy something that you know will not end up in the bin.

While I expected an ultra-soft bristle texture that wouldn't work out, this brush turned out to be a pleasant surprise – it works wonderfully on my fine hair. For reference, the bristles are firmer than Kent's "Finest Soft Pure White Bristle Cherrywood Baby Brush."
The brush excels at its primary function: smoothing and de-frizzing. Rather than functioning like a traditional acrylic comb that detangles, this brush is specifically designed to polish and smooth the hair surface, and it performs this task exceptionally well. My hair looks noticeably smoother and less frizzy after each use.
