The brush is hard enough to comb a beard but not so hard that it scratches the skin. Good size for facial hair and looks nice. My husband enjoys using it so he actually uses it :) It would be great to have all natural hairs on the brush instead of mixed with manmade ones.

I ordered the beechwood version of this product, which was the only one posted online, and I received an older darkwood version of the product which I found for half of the price on other websites online.
Unfortunately, I noticed it after opening it, so when contacting customer service, they just told me that as a gesture of goodwill they could give me back 20%. However, they acknowledged that they sent old stock of the previous version of the product which I found not nice.
For a £25 brush and a £60 order I would expect better options. I am not happy with my product and the company is not clear about what they're actually selling.
