I bought my first Kent brush in December 2024 - it was the Ladies Finest Satinwood Pure Soft White Bristle Narrow Brush. My hair was very brittle and thinning following menopause and a few years of illness and I found that my hair was being damaged by the brushes I already had, so when I looked for a more natural brush that would be kinder to my hair, I came across Kent brushes. I purchased this and am so happy with it. It was delivered within the time frame given and when I opened the parcel, could see that it came in its own good quality box, which I still use. It is so much kinder to my hair. I was so happy with it that I wanted another brush, but smaller, so I could put it in my bag so I could use it when not at home, so I bought the Baby Soft Bristle Beechwood Brush in October 2025, which comes in its own canvas travel pouch, which is very handy. This is just as good quality and as comfortable to use as the other brush. These brushes are well made and I like that they are made from natural materials. I can't recommend them highly enough.
