Male who never even considered buying quality hairbrushes; cheap utilitarian was fine by me. That is until discovered Kent Brushes - Started with the BK12 natural Badger Hair Shaving Brush, their top-of-the-line offering. Progressed to their toothbrushes/combs and last purchase was this brush. At seventy with thinning hair this brush distributes hair oil evenly over the scalp and is so gentle on hair. Also bought the hair cleaner with black hard plastic bristles to clean the brush and the black horsehair whisk brush to remove clipped hair around my ears. All were money extremely well spent. These products are so well made with top quality components they will last for decades with minimal proper care. Well worth the investment on every level. And gentlemen, suspect any of the women in your life would appreciate any of their women's brushes, even if they don't initially think so. After all, how many of their friends can say they use the same brushes her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II did?
