Our Handmade 139mm all coarse pocket comb is made from large sheets of Cellulose Acetate rather than being moulded. This material is tactile, flexible and strong.
Our Kent combs have rounded teeth that ensure a smooth and comfortable action that glides effortlessly through the hair without scratching or damaging the hair or scalp.
Suitable to use for wet or dry thick hair.

This is my absolute favourite comb in the whole world! It fits into a standard handbag perfectly (I use the smaller one for tiny evening bags), it is incredibly gentle with hair as there are no rough edges at all, it is silky smooth and never fails to make my hair look beautifully coiffured! The teeth are wide set and large so they don’t get stuck in your hair. This comb means that I don’t even need to take a brush on holiday with me. I have bought a job lot for my daughters and me, and I’m terrified that Kent might stop making them!

Love these combs. I always have one in my back pocket so unfortunately, tend to lose them too!😂 They're kind to my thick wavy hair due to the wide-spaced teeth and are a nice pocket size. Would recommend 👍

You wouldn't really think that a comb could really be good usually (they either work or don't, surely?) but now I've used one of these I genuinely wouldn't ever use anything else. It's very smart and well made. Love the vintage look of it too. I am also very glad to support a (handmade) product made in the UK by a brand with a lot of heritage.
