Refund policy

UK Returns & replacements are free and simple. We all make mistakes, we may have sent you the wrong product, or you may have chosen the wrong brush. The most important thing is to let us know immediately. Please either call our customer care team on 01442 232623 or email us customerservice@kentbrushes.com.

Please note that your purchase(s) must NOT have been used, it must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition due to hygiene reasons.
Upon return, all items are inspected by our customer services team before your refund is processed.
